Branch Update - November 20, 2020

At HVB, the health and safety of our customers and employees is always our highest priority.

With the increased need to follow social distancing guidelines as provided by the CDC and to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, we are limiting our branch access to drive up only.

We ask that if you do need to come into a branch, to call ahead an make an appointment with a banker. When visiting our branches, please follow our safety protocols to protect both you and our employees.

Below are guidelines in place to ensure the health of our customers and employees:

Branch lobbies are available by appointment only.

Our employees will be wearing masks. We ask that you please remove your mask until clearly identified.
Once identified, please keep your mask on for the remainder of your visit.

We are continuously disinfecting the drive-up canisters between
every transaction and wiping down our ATM's throughout the day.
