With the ongoing concern about COVID-19 Pandemic, we want to reassure you we have proactively taken steps to minimize the risk of service disruptions to our customers, while also keeping you informed and safe. During this time, we are taking precautions to ensure our customers and employees remain safe by conducting enhanced cleanings in our branch offices, continually wiping down surfaces and providing hand sanitizer and gloves. We are also disinfecting the drive-up canisters between every transaction and wiping down our ATM’s throughout the day.

MARCH 23, 2020 UPDATE
Effective today, Governor Wolf declared that all “non-life sustaining” businesses close, please note that HVB remains operational as we have been classified as a “life-sustaining” business due to the critical role banks play in the economy and in the communities we serve.
BRANCH LOCATIONS / HOURS OF OPERATION
During this time, HVB has modified our hours of operation for our Drive-Up windows while our branch lobbies remain closed. To protect our customers and employees, we are actively cleaning all ATMs throughout the day as well as cleaning the drive-thru canisters after every transaction. Our goal is to do everything we can to keep our communities healthy and safe while still supporting your everyday banking needs. In addition to our ATMs and Drive Thru services, you can access your accounts through our online and mobile banking services.

Saturday: 9 am - 12 pm *
* Our Lower Moreland and Plumsteadville branches will still be closed on Saturdays.

DEFFERRED HUNTINGDON VALLEY BANK HOME MORTGAGE PAYMENTS
If you're facing financial hardship due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we can defer your Huntingdon Valley Bank Home Mortgage payments up to 90 days. During this time, interest will accrue, but you won't be charged any late fees or have any negative impacts to your credit. If you need to start this process, call us at 267-280-4040 EXT 5912.
We will have you sign a form stating you are experiencing a financial hardship due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

SUPPORTING OUR BUSINESS BANKING CUSTOMERS
HVB is committed to helping our customers through the COVID-19 pandemic. We created two programs to help ease the economic impact on your business.
Paycheck Protection Program - Loan program designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. Click Here for More Information.
90-day Loan Deferral Program - Customers can request a deferral of principal, or principal and interest for up to 90 days, with two one-month options at the bank’s discretion. Interested customers can click the link below and fill out the request form. Loan modification documents will be sent out for electronic signature and the process can be completed quickly and easily.
Emergency Working Capital Loan Program - HVB will lend up to 3 months of working capital, with two one-month options at the bank’s discretion. The basic terms and conditions of this loan program are described here. - Working Capital Loan Program
Customers may want to explore the SBA loan programs as well because they may offer better terms and could involve some form of loan forgiveness. We do not know if the SBA loan programs will be offered by HVB. Check back to the website for updates.

ACCESS TO SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES AND OTHER APPOINTMENT ONLY SERVICES
Appointments can be made at your branch for access to your safe deposit box, loan closing and other special circumstances that cannot be completed through the drive-us, by phone appointment, at our ATMs or with online and mobile banking. Please call us at 215-947-1300 to schedule an appointment.

Help Prevent the Spread of the Coronavirus with these Tips from
the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then thrown the tissue in the trash.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household spray or wipe.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
