It is important to know that during these attempts, your account and personal information has NOT been compromised. Should you receive a text message or phone call from our debit card fraud center regarding a recent transaction, please respond to that text or call to confirm the transaction. Branch Update - June 2021
At HVB, the health and safety of our customers and employees is always our highest priority. We want to reassure you we are taking appropriate measures to navigate our new "normal." While we are not sure how long this will last, we want you to know we are here for you.
Per CDC guidelines, a mask is no longer required to enter our branches if you are fully vaccinated.
For security purposes, our doors will remain locked to identify those who are masked.
